“A normal life is for normal people”

Steve Coogan, one of the most versatile actors of this generation, shows a more serious side in “The Look of Love.” The film traces the life and career of Paul Raymond (Britain’s Hugh Hefner) although unlike Hefner, Raymond did not know how to juggle a career and an unconventional personal life, his insecurities are perfect for a celluloid story. The film did not get stellar reviews, which is a shame considering this is a good film that highlights Coogan’s immense talent while looking at the complex relationship between Raymond and his daughter.
